The reservation will only take effect after 50% payment has been made, as described in the email.

After making the transfer, please send us a photo of the proof in response to the respective email.

Full payment is made at check-in.

 

You can cancel by sending an email to reservas.planaltodourado@gmail.com. The amount paid will be refunded to the guest in case of cancellation up to 30 days before, after this date we do not refund money.
